Surcharge applies to any stay of less than four nights, if available except Memorial Day and Columbus Day Weekends which are three nights. No Surcharge applies to Weekdays from opening until June 11th and October.

All rates are subject to increase except on advance confirmed reservations. Minimum stays may be required. No refunds on early departures or late arrivals, changes in reservation dates are subject to cancellation policy.

Rates do not include Extra Person charge of $10 per person per night and tax.

A Deposit of Two Days Rental is required within 7 days of making reservations. Balance due on arrival. Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if either 30 days notice has been given; or if less than 30 days, after we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period cancelled. A $25.00 service charge applies.
