Surcharge applies to any stay of less than four nights, if available except Memorial Day
Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekends which are three nights.
No Surcharge applies to Weekdays from opening until June 13th and October.
All rates are subject to increase except on advance confirmed reservations. Minimum stays may be required.
No refunds on early departures or late arrivals, changes in reservation dates are subject to cancellation policy.
Extra Person Charge applies to Adults, Children and Day Visitors using our facilities including pool.

Reservation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
A Deposit of Two Days Rental is required within 7 days of making reservations. Balance due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if either 30 days notice has been given;
or if less than 30 days, after we are able to re-rent the room
for the entire period cancelled. A $20.00 service charge applies.
